Choosing Your Aliminium Window or Door Paint Colour with Alimax

Having selected the finish for your project, simply speak to one of the Alimax team and they will arrange for a sample to be sent directly to you, or pop into our Showroom in Fordingbridge and compare and contrast all colours on display.
This is a very important stage in making completely sure the tone and shade are exactly what you want, there’s no substitute for seeing a sample of aluminium with the finish you have chosen. You can then accurately assess the texture, lustre and finish before making your final decision.

Colour Option FAQs

Yes, once you’ve selected a finish, you can ask the Alimax team to send a sample or visit our showroom in Fordingbridge (Sandleheath Industrial Estate, SP6 1FG) to see the texture, lustre, and true shade of the finish on real aluminium frames. Our advisors will help you compare finishes and provide guidance.

Yes. The Cotswold collection was designed specifically with traditional and heritage properties in mind, offering classic, warm tones to match conservation-area requirements.

Our finishes (powder-coated and anodised-effect) are built to last — they protect against corrosion, weathering, and provide long-term stability. (This aligns with the durable quality of our aluminium products.)

Yes, we can offer dual-colour (bi-colour) finishes, allowing the inside and outside of your aluminium frames to be painted in different colours. This is ideal if you want an interior finish that complements your décor and an exterior colour that suits your property style.
Get in touch with our team to confirm dual-colour options for your specific frame design and request samples.
