Alimax Become Proud Sponsors of Verwood’s Under 10s Girls Football Team

Alimax is excited to announce that we have sponsored the Verwood Football Club’s Under 10s Girls Youth team, also known as “The Vixens”.

Working within our community and supporting local initiatives is a core value held by everyone at our company, so we are thrilled to help the girls stay dry while playing or training with their new rain jackets.

A Meaningful Sponsorship

Not only is this a meaningful sponsorship for the girls on the team, who are grateful for the jackets keeping them warm and dry in the poor British weather, but it is meaningful to us too.

One of our directors has a personal connection to the team, as their daughter has been playing for them for the past year.

Empowering Young Talent

We believe important work and life skills are taught through community activities, such as sports teams, and want to facilitate and encourage these initiatives to empower the younger generation.

Teams such as The Vixens are teaching the children in the community teamwork, dedication and resilience, all of which they will take forward into their education and working careers.

By sponsoring this U10’s football team, we are hoping to help these talented young players continue to develop, both on and off the pitch, helping them feel prepared and motivated no matter the weather.
